As a smaller, discrete community, Villas at Island Club Kissimmee provides just over 200 condominium houses for rental and is located alongside the Lindfields estate. The condominiums are fully-equipped, bright and spacious options to renting a villa. As a condo-community, there are two heated communal pools, tennis courts, volley ball pitches, children's play area and a central clubhouse with fitness centre.
Being located to the south-west of Walt Disney World Resort, getting there is straightforward, simply head for highway US192, then take World Drive. US192 is also the main road into Kissimmee and offers a multitude of shops, restaurants and bars. Carry on past Disney for Interstate 4, which is the most direct route to Seaworld, Universal Studios and the International Drive area. For golfers, there are a plethora of fantastic courses in the area and all within a short distance. Orange Lake is almost opposite, so absolutely no excuses for an early start.
Bordering the Lindfields community, there is a local Mercantile Bank is one of the few places where you can exchange UK currency for US Dollars. Travel east on US192 for around 2 miles and there is the Rolling Oaks shopping complex with a Publix supermarket. Carry on for just over a mile and there is the Formosa Gardens Village shopping complex, which has a supermarket, pharmacy, walk-in medical centre, liquor store and a selection of other shops (including an ATM cash machine). Both are handy shopping complexes when heading to and from the parks.
For eating out, there is a selection of restaurants and eateries, which include an Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster, TGI Fridays, Giordano's Italian restaurant, as well as both a Chinese take-away and Japanese sushi bar. For quick snacks, there is also a Subway, Taco Bell and Dairy Queen.

Villas at Island Club is located just south of the westerly section of highway US192 (the main road through to Kissimmee). This or the less-busy western route SR429 offer the most straightforward driving route to Walt Disney World. For Universal Studios, SeaWorld and the International Drive area, head for Interstate 4 then north towards Orlando. Orlando International airport is accessible from Interstate 4 and the Beachline Expressway SR528. This is also the route to Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach. For the Gulf coast and Busch Gardens, head south on Interstate 4 towards Tampa. For Legoland Florida, head south on highway US27 at the intersection with Interstate 4.

Villas located near here have a quick route through to highway US192 and the Walt Disney World Resort - especially Animal Kingdom. Magic Kingdom, EPCOT and the other Disney parks are easily accessible via the main thoroughfare of World Drive. Interstate 4 is the likely route when visiting Seaworld, Universal Studios and the International Drive attractions.
