Some of the gated communities have access to a communal clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, volleyball pitch and even a gymnasium. Also, with so many first-class golf courses within the locality, this area is an absolute must for golfers!

Bordering the intersection are a number of local eateries, including Cracker Barrel, Beef O'Bradys, Waffle House, MacDonalds, Wendy's, an Asian Grill and a British tavern. The nearest Publix supermarket is around 3 miles east on CR54 at the Championsgate development. Here you will also find more shops and family favourite restaurants like Chilis.

EXECUTIVE VILLA in Gated community with 30ft POOL and GAMES ROOM
Located south of the prestigious Walt Disney Reunion resort, the communities between ChampionsGate and Loughman are some of the newer vacation home developments. With purpose built resorts surrounded by fantastic golf courses, lakes and open woodland, the area is fast becoming a must-stay location. However, as the area is still growing, local shops and restaurants are likely to be limited, which means a car is a must to get around.
