The Sanctuary has luxury villas set in beautiful landscaped grounds, with tree lined boulevards and entry through a coded security gate. Villas all have traditionally red stone paved driveways with all gardens, trees and shrubs well manicured by gardeners employed by West Haven Housing Association.
Located just north of the intersection with US27 and Interstate 4, the West Haven communities border green land and orange grove area. Some of the gated communities have access to a communal clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, volleyball pitch and even a gymnasium. Also, with so many first-class golf courses within the locality, this area is an absolute must for golfers!
The Posner Park shopping complex is around 3 miles south of the West Haven communities (towards the intersection with Interstate 4), which is where you will find major stores including JC Penney, Target, Ross and Dress for Less. Bordering the intersection are a number of local eateries, including Cracker Barrel, Beef O'Bradys, Waffle House, MacDonalds, Wendy's, an Asian Grill and a British tavern. The nearest Publix supermarket is around 3 miles east on CR54 at the Championsgate development. Here you will also find more shops and family favourite restaurants like Chilis.
Head north on US27 for a little over 5 miles for another Publix supermarket and shopping complex. There are a number of eateries including Applebees, Quiznos, an Indian take-away and a wine & bistro parlour. The nearest Walmart is a further 3 miles north - near the junction with highway US192.

When quoting distances to Walt Disney World Resort, these are not taken to the 'gates', but are representative of the actual distance to the specific attraction. Driving distances are not biased to any villa community.
Located south of the prestigious Walt Disney Reunion resort, the communities between ChampionsGate and Loughman are some of the newer vacation home developments. With purpose built resorts surrounded by fantastic golf courses, lakes and open woodland, the area is fast becoming a must-stay location. However, as the area is still growing, local shops and restaurants are likely to be limited, which means a car is a must to get around.
