The accommodation consists of 4 bedrooms (2 Queensize beds and 4 Twin beds) 3 bathrooms , (2 en-suites) and pool. The lounge, well equipped kitchen and dining area are all formed into one large open plan area. Theexecutive villa has a large pool area with lanai which is fully equipped with padded sun loungers, patio furniture and barbecue. The villa is in immaculate condition and tastefully decorated. Villa is looked after by a management company who are only a phone call away if needed to make sure you have an enjoyable stay. Place to relax after a tiring day at the parks.

Was very pleased with the home. This home was very suitable for 2 families (a total of 7). Other than small things needing to be fixed, which management was very accommodating to get fixed right away...the home had everything we needed. Once the pool warmed we were able to swim and enjoy the pool😁. This was wonderful. We were able to let the kids wind down after long days at the park while we cooked dinner in the fully equipt kitchen. Our stay was over the Christmas holiday and the owner did have a small tree that we were able to put up and decorate for our children🎅🤶.
We will definitely look to return to this home for future stays in Florida 💓.

We sent a number of enquiries to a variety of villa owners when we were looking for accommodation. Ann was quick to reply and having read previous reviews, we decided to book the villa. Communication thereafter with Ann was first class and we always got a quick response to any questions we asked. Prior to travelling we received clear instructions on what to do on arrival and how to get to the villa from the Airport. First impressions on entering the villa was just how clean it was. The living space within is also excellent with 4 well sized bedrooms, lovely dining area/sitting room. The garage also has pool/darts etc.
It's situated withing a gated community and we felt the area was very safe.
The villa is situated close to Champions Gate and just off the I4. Found the location to be great and it didn't take us very long to get to anywhere we wanted. Disney parks are only a short drive.

Wonderful !! We all had such a fabulous holiday and the villa was perfect for us.It is so spacious with 4 great bedrooms, large open kitchen/dining area, 3 bathrooms.
All areas are well equipped so you don't need to worry about forgetting your towels!
There is a well kept outdoor pool with easy access to step down into it.
The large garage is the games room which is ideal for children of all ages and adults! we quite enjoyed the darts.
It is situated in a very nice area about twenty minutes drive to Disney and thirty minutes to Universal Studios.
If your looking for a family villa this one is an ideal choice.

We are a large family with 4 children ages 11, 9, 6 and 4. This villa had everything that we needed. A fully equipped kitchen, games room, pool toys and a fantastic pool!
The house was tastefully decorated. The younger ones loved the Disney Themed room with the cuddly toys (we had to buy them identical toys at the Parks!) The older two were pleased with the American themed room. It was luxurious having 3 bathrooms, which meant we all could get ready quickly in the mornings to go to the parks.
Disney was 20 minute’s drive from this villa. There is a huge Publix supermarket on the route back home from Disney which is handy for buying dinner. Davenport is in the other direction and has a few restaurants.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2-week stay in Florida. It was great fun and action-packed, made perfect by coming 'home' to this fantastic villa, which felt like home. A £100 per week deposit is required on booking and is non refundable.The balance and security deposit is due 60 days prior to departure.If you book less than 60 days before departure the full balance is due immediately. SECURITY DEPOSIT
You are required to pay £200.00 in case of breakage,loss or damage to the villa during your stay.This will be refunded 14 days after you return from holiday subject to there being no damage, breakages in the villa or its contents and key returned to key box and safe left open for next guests. The use of accommodation and amenities ie. swimming pool etc. is entirely at your own risk. No responsibility can be accepted for injury, loss or damage to the user or visitors belongings.
West Haven is a collection of a smaller gated sub-divisions, with upwards of 60 rental and residential properties within each. The sub-divisions at West Haven are: The Abbey, The Green, The Hamlet, The Manor, Sanctuary, The Shire and more recently, The Dales. Each sub-division is set off from tree-lined boulevards, with each offering luxury villas with private pools.
West Haven has a clubhouse with gymnasium, communal pool, tennis courts and volleyball pitch, however, access to these facilities is dependent on which sub-division you will be staying in. For this reason, it is always best to first check with the villa owner to confirm access to these communal facilities..
Located just north of the intersection with US27 and Interstate 4, the West Haven communities border green land and orange grove area. With so many first-class golf courses within the locality, this area is an absolute must for golfers!
The Posner Park shopping complex is around 3 miles south of the West Haven communities (towards the intersection with Interstate 4), which is where you will find major stores including JC Penney, Target, Ross and Dress for Less. Bordering the intersection are a number of local eateries, including Cracker Barrel, Beef O'Bradys, Waffle House, MacDonalds, Wendy's, an Asian Grill and a British tavern. The nearest Publix supermarket is around 3 miles east on CR54 at the Championsgate development. Here you will also find more shops and family favourite restaurants like Chilis.
Head north on US27 for a little over 5 miles for another Publix supermarket and shopping complex. There are a number of eateries including Applebees, Quiznos, an Indian take-away and a wine & bistro parlour. The nearest Walmart is a further 3 miles north - near the junction with highway US192.

Our 30 feet swimming pool is fully screened to keep pool clean. The pool is serviced weekly .The place to be to soak up the FLORIDA sun. There is underwater pool lighting for night-time swimming or for a more romantic setting. You have 3 steps leading into the shallow end of the pool.
LANAI area is equipped with table and chairs and a cooling ceiling fan. Large extended patio area for the good quality padded sun loungers and chairs with footstools. Covered lanai offers a shady retreat from the sun and ideal for your alfresco dining. Patio doors lead in to the lounge and the master bedroom.
New Electric barbecue in 2017 is for outdoor use only. The cleanliness of the grill is the guests responsibility. Please return the clean grill via outside around the house to the garage after you use it, clean and covered with all parts attached including the cord and drippings pan. Leaving the grill dirty will result in a $50.00 minimum deduction from the guests refundable deposit.
Pool can be heated for an additional charge at £16.00 +tax per night in 2019 and £18.00 + tax per night in 2020 It is recommended from (October to April) to use pool heat. Pool heating is not included in price.
