The extended villa deck and pool area is south west facing, for all day sunshine and looks onto conservation woodland area with a natural lake off to the right.

We took our family for a week of sunshine in the Orlando Florida area and this home was perfect. Where do I start? Well first of all, the house is a 10 on a scale for being beautiful. With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms everyone had their own space. The kitchen was large enough that several of us could work at the same time and it was well stocked with all the things we needed. The large living room was a great gathering place too!
The game room was nice and we spent considerable time in it each night.
One of the top things we used was the heated pool and hot tub, that was amazing! Coming from super cold weather in New Hampshire and being able to walk right into the pool and be warm was a highlight.
This house is in a gated community so there is very little traffic and we never heard a single neighbor.
We plan to return next year if we can. Thanks Wendy!!!"

"Just returned from a fabulous 2 weeks at Charlottes Paradise Villa, can honestly say this is the nicest villa we have stayed at in Florida, had everything we could ask for. Very spacious and clean. Loved the fact that everyone felt they had their own space as the bedrooms are spaced out which was great with 2 teenagers, 2 old yins and my husband and I. BBQ was great size when we had friends round and cooked for the 16 of us.
Loved sitting watching the wildlife go by drinking coffee in the morning. Pool really good size.
All in all if you have booked this villa you won’t be disappointed would definitely recommend to friends."

The villa is beautiful it had everything we needed and more it was furnished to the highest standards and the pool was very well used by us all. It’s not far from the parks and shops. "There are not enough stars to rate this beautiful villa. We have stayed the last three years in the Orlando area and this villa, by far, has been the nicest! We would stay here every visit in the future. No need to look at other places! The high end furnishings, layout of the villa, every appliance you could think of, and the gorgeous pool and hot tub make this one of the best villas in Watersong. There is an empty lot next door which is a plus. We grilled most nights and my husband was impressed with the grill. Working with Wendy was such a pleasure! "My wife and I have rented houses near Orlando 4 out of the last 5 years and this is by far the nicest property that we have stayed. The villa is well maintained and clean, the best furnished house that we have stayed in terms of kitchen items, pool and bath towels, etc. Beds were very comfy and plentiful, house temperature was perfect, game room was much enjoyed, as was walking/biking the neighborhood each day. The pool temperature was nice and warm each day and the hot tub worked well. The internet worked well throughout the house. I think we were the second visitors to the then-newly completed Charlotte's Paradise in 2014. We loved it so much we returned the following year. Please check both of our reviews from those times for the glowing testimonials. We've just come back from a month's stay this time. Initially us and the grandkids, we were joined by my daughter, son in law, son and his fiancée and family members from Scotland and Houston TX at various stages. Unanimous verdict from all was how brilliant the villa was. Spacious, meticulously clean, great faciliities, wonderful location, 20 mimutes from all of Orlando's attractions but an oasis of calm and relaxation at the pool. Honestly folks, get here, but not before we book again!"

For the second time we've stayed in Charlotte's Paradise, the first time ever we decided to go back to a certain place, so that says enough. We've enjoyed every second of our stay. The luxury of the villa is something we don't have in the normaal European / Dutch vacation homes. Most days we've stayed in the villa, mainly the pool during the morning, and went out in the afternoon. And when we're back early, of course ended our day in the pool.

"This beautiful villa really is a home from home! Superbly positioned in a secure gated community with all the parks within easy reach, a short hop on the I4. The two almost identical sized Master ensuite bedrooms made this a perfect villa for two families to share. The adults on one side of the villa and the children on the other worked perfectly with open plan communal space in between - all beautifully designed and decorated. Wendy has taken great pride to kit out the villa with everything you could possibly think of including pool towels, coffee machine, barbecue tools, picnic cool boxes and tupperwares to name just a few! My advice would be to keep your packing to a minimum allowing you space in your case from shopping at the outlets because the washing machine and tumble is there to b"

"I really don't think it could have been any better!
We had a major problem to start the vacation, it was Stella (the major snow storm) as our flight was cancelled on Sun. night , were to fly out of Hartford Conn, Tuesday morning. We finaly found a flight Monday afternoon out of Boston. But we had to change our car rental dates and had to see if we could get into the villa early. The airline ticket price was absurdly high, the car rental wanted $400.00 for extending the reservation. We finally got thru that mess. Wendy emailed us just before we left for the airport and told us we could get in Monday night. Now the fun began as the villa was just outstanding in every way, the weather was great and we had the best vacation we have ever had. We are now back in Vermont and we are going to go"

Fantastic villa with high quality furnishings, nice pool and surrounding lounge area. Not overlooked at the back with views of forested area and small lake. Gated community with safe feel about it and club house with outdoor pool and gym plus wifi access. Property is well maintained and owner is very helpful. Nearest supermarket (publix) is about 5miles away. We mainly ate in the villa but we did go to the Providence golf club next door (2/3 miles) and had a nice reasonably priced meal. 45minutes drive to Disney Our only problem was overcoming the security in getting into the property which was a little bit confusing and probably needs to be a bit more ”idiot proof” but it's worth it when you see inside - enjoy."

"What a fabulous place to stay!
When we first opened the front door on arrival, we were left speechless by how good it looked inside. Furnishings and decoration were of premium quality, everything you needed was provided, (all 10 of us couldn't think of anything missing!) Large comfortable beds, flat screen TVs everywhere, a great pool and spa with the sun on it all day.
Games room and Xbox to keep the kids happy, only 20 mins from Disney, but a restful haven to chill in when returning from the parks.
Wendy the owner genuinely interested and actively involved throughout the process and made our holiday better.
Thoroughly recommended and would stay nowhere else in Florida. What a Superb 2 weeks!"

"This was a retirement celebration for me but the destination chosen mainly for our 2 grandchildren. The villa`s facebook comments & photographs were no exaggeration; it was fabulous and had every facility you could possibly need. Although there were only 6 of us and only used 3 of the bedrooms we chose a larger villa with more living space so that we could each have somewhere to "escape" if we wanted to enjoy our own company!!! The villa certainly provided that. The only thing I wished was provided was polish and a duster as I really wanted to keep the furniture immaculate (sad I know when I`m on holiday!!). Very luxurious. Exactly as the pictures portrayed.
Fixtures and fittings were of a high level.
Pool and pool deck got the sun all day with beds and chairs comfortable in a nice quiet setting. Excellent TVS . Games room got a lot of use with my daughter learning to play pool. Bedrooms very comfortable and free WiFi was most welcome. The free safe was used but the combination system needed a few practices to get it right. I would recommend this villa to anyone. We have stayed in 3 other Florida villas on different holidays and this was without doubt our best. Thanks for a very comfortable stay"

"We have made various trips to Florida and this Villa definitely had everything we were needing.
Bed rooms were clean and spacious. Kitchen was well appointed - we have some fussy children so regularly cooked rather than eating out - more relaxing for the kids.
Swimming pool was fantastic at the end of hot days in the parks - we booked pool heating and water temperature was around 85 which was nice.
Although we didn`t heavily use the games room, it was in perfect condition. We have often found things missing or not working in other villas, but everything in the games room was in great condition.
I would definitely book this villa again and highly recommend it to others."

"A big thank you to Wendy for such a fantastic stay in their beautiful villa.Less than an hour after arriving we were already working out when we could book to return! The Villa is in a lovely community,it is immaculate,and we felt very secure - access is by key code only and the entrance gate was always closed.It is close to grocery shops,and about 20 mins from the main attractions,which we liked as we felt you were able to get away from them and really relax when you wanted to. Wendy has considered everything,right down to the finest of details.The kitchen has pretty much every utensil & gadget you need at home,let alone on holiday! I felt like the princess and the pea in bed,as I climbed up into it every night! I have never slept so well. We will return. Thank You!"

It was a long journey as we’d been delayed at the airport so when we arrived at Charlotte’s Paradise we were beyond tired. However, the property was everything we’d hoped for - enough bedrooms for everyone, beautifully decorated and, with the games room, enough tech to keep the teenagers busy while we relaxed by the pool. Once we found our way to the theme parks it was an easy journey and there are enough local shops to buy provisions. To our delight part way through the holiday the local wildlife made an appearance - the family of cranes are amazing. We had a great holiday - thanks Charlotte’s Paradise!

It was so lovely to have a south facing pool and we made great use of the fabulous games room. A new gated community, set in woodlands and lakelands off South Orange Blossom Trail, Watersong Resort offers executive Mediterranean style vacation properties. Built with a central clubhouse, which has a cyber cafe and fitness room. The resort also has a communal pool, basketball court, children's play area and picnic site. There is no need for golfers staying at Watersong to wake up too early, as Providence Golf Club is on your doorstep.
With this area still being developed, the number of local shops and restaurants may be limited. However, if you head towards Interstate-4 and Championsgate, you will find Pizza Hut, Wingstreet, Chilis and Beef O'Bradys amongst other eateries. Alternatively, carry on towards Kissimmee and US192 for the expected abundance of shops, restaurants and attractions.
The nearest supermarkets for those everyday essentials is Publix, which is located just over 5 miles at the intersection of Lake Wilson Road / CR532. If you are looking for the nearest WalMart Supercenter, this can be found on US192 alongside Medieval Times. Around 10 miles west at the intersection between Interstate 4 and US27 is the Posner Park shopping complex which has major stores including JC Penney, Target, Ross, Dress for Less and many more. There are also a selection of restaurants and a tavern near by.

KITCHEN
Our well equipped kitchen contains all you will need for your stay, from large cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and waste disposal along with all the other essentials such as cutlery, crockery and glass ware and most importantly that bottle opener for those ice cold beers!
BREAKFAST AREA
Leading from the kitchen is an informal dining/breakfast area with table and 4 chairs. There are also 2 bar stools for those wishing to use the breakfast bar.
DINING AREA
If you prefer more formal dining, then the dining area is all set for your arrival.
FAMILY/GATHERING ROOM
For getting together there is the family room with 60 inch Smart TV (with internet) and Blu-Ray Player along with the extended cable offering some 250 channels of TV and music. There is also a wireless bluetooth speaker to connect to your own technology and enjoy your own music. From the living area you can exit through the patio doors to the covered lanai and pool area.
RETREAT
A perfect place away from the main living area to sit and relax, watch the 50 inch Smart TV, watch a Blu-Ray or just read a book.
LAUNDRY FACILITIES
There is a laundry room for your convenience, with full size washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. All towels, including pool towels and linens are provided.
The villa hosts two master king bedroom suites, queen suite and two twin rooms
Master Bedroom 1
Master suite, fully carpeted with window overlooking the pool. Huge king size bed, 42 inch flat screen TV, clock/radio with bluetooth facility.
Master Bathroom 1
A most spacious bathroom with double vanity unit and twin wash basins, double walk in shower with twin shower heads, separate WC and large walk in closet. In this bathroom we even provide bathroom scales so that you can weigh your suitcases before you leave for home, so no worries of the excess baggage with all the goodies you have bought!
Master Bedroom 2
A second luxurious Master suite, fully carpeted, huge king sized bed, 42 inch flat screen TV and clock/radio with ipod dock.
Master Bathroom 2
Double doors from the bedroom to en suite bathroom with double vanity unit with twin wash basins, double walk in shower with twin shower heads, separate WC and large walk in closet.
Bedroom 3
A luxurious, fully carpeted bedroom with queen bed, double closet, 42 inch flat screen TV and clock/radio with MP3 connection.
Bathroom 3
Ensuite to bedroom 3, with vanity unit with wash basin, bath with shower over and WC.
Bedroom 4
Fully carpeted, with twin beds, double closet, 32 inch flat screen TV and clock/radio with MP3 connection.
Bedroom 5
Fully carpeted, with twin beds, walk in closet, 32 inch flat screen TV and clock/radio with MP3 connection.
Bathroom 4
Services bedrooms 4 & 5 and has vanity unit with wash basin, bath with shower over and WC.
Hairdryers are available in each bathroom
All towels and linens are supplied
We can also provide with our compliments a travel crib/playpen, highchair and baby monitor.
A commode/shower chair will also be available for the elderly or infirm if required
Outside the large south west facing pool and deck offers a fabulous area, for all day sunshine no chasing around to find the sun!! No rear neighbours and secluded outlook, providing all the peace and quiet you need to chill-out and relax. Fully enclosed, the 30ft x 15ft extended pool and spa with 30ft x 40ft extended deck ensures there is enough room (9ft beyond the pool!) for everyone to chill out around the pool and enjoy the day long Florida sunshine right into the evening. For those needing a little shade, you can relax under the lanai, which is also fitted with ceiling fan.
There is quality outdoor furniture comprising 4 sun loungers and dining table with 6 chairs for alfresco dining.
Also, what is better on a warm Floridian evening than lighting up the barbecue, lighting up the pool and having a drink or two?
Pool heating is available on request and is recommended October to March. Exit from the home to the pool is alarmed for child safety. A further pool safety net is available if required
Pool towels are provided, leaving more room in your suitcase for all your Florida purchases!!
LANAI
The lanai area gives you the perfect shade should you want it, with ceiling fan, and outdoor table and chairs for alfresco dining and drinking.
If you decide not to visit the theme parks, to keep your family entertained during your vacation, our games room is well equipped and has an 8ft slate-bed pool table with pool hall lighting, 7ft air hockey table, an electronic dartboard and an Xbox 360 Kinect with a selection of games. There is also a selection of DVD's available. Something for everyone.
Alternatively, for the more energetic, why not have a game of volley ball? The Community has their own volley ball area, or make use of the gym in the club house. For a more relaxed approach to our wonderful community, take a gentle stroll around the area. Make friends with our regular visiting cranes or look out for the other visiting wildlife.
