Spacious Villa with Private Pool in Disney Area
This spacious home is perfectly located just minutes from Disney, Universal, SeaWorld and other Orlando attractions. This villa hosts up to 8 guests with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Situated in the peaceful, gated community of Lake Berkley Resort, well known for its family-friendly atmosphere, you’ll have access to basketball and tennis courts, a gym, a pool with a splash pad, a fishing lake, beach volleyball, two playgrounds, a grill area, and scenic walking trails around the lake.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen, five internet-connected smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, a game room with a pool table and soccer. There are four bedrooms with 1 king, 1 queen, 2 twin and 1 bunk beds. Two of the bedrooms have attached full bathrooms.

The house pool is not heated but there is a community pool in the resort that is heated in winter.

We have been lucky enough to stay in the kissimmee area many times over the past 15 years, almost always in villas and I can honestly say that this is the best all round villa we have stayed at. The villa was spotless and well equipped. The estate is gated and really quiet. we liked the location, just off the 192 near to shops and food and 20 mins from Disney and 25 from Universal (traffic dependent as always in Florida).

Clean and comfortable lots of room for my family to have their own space. Easy instructions on how to get in and directions to the house. Pretty convinient to get to and from he theme parks and lots of stores and restaurants within 10-15 min.

This house was wonderful! It has a ton of space for a group or a large family, and everyone has their own spot after a busy day at Disney! It's a quick jaunt to Disney and close enough to come back for lunch or dinner or do a dropoff and return. The little kids will love the Mickey rooms and bunkbeds, and the 'big' kids will enjoy the big TVs! There is also an office space for those who need to do a little work while they are on vacation. The pool is lovely but not heated, so if you go in the winter, expect a cooler dip!

Lake Berkley resort is a newer gated community located off highwayUS192 and built around three lakes in a woodland area. Offering 3-bedroom townhouses through to 7-bedroom villas with a private pool, guests can enjoy the clubhouse, Internet room, fitness centre and communal pools. There are also exercise stations, tennis courts, basketball courts and a volleyball court; whilst children have their own play areas. Alternatively, take a relaxing walk around the stocked lakes on the designated natural trails.
The nearby highway US192 and SR535 both have Walmart supercenters, as well as a Publix, Super Target and Aldi supermarket. The Lake Buena Vista factory outlets are located on SR535, which is next to the Sunrise Plaza shopping complex. In addition to an abundance of smaller local shops in this area, there is a great selection of restaurants and eateries which include Longhorn Steakhouse, Olive Garden, Chilis, Perkins, Cracker Barrel, IHOP, Miller's Ale House, Five Guys, Smokey Bones, TGI Fridays, Applebees, Ichiban Buffet and El Tenampa Mexican. Travel towards Walt Disney World resort on SR535 for more restaurants and the Orlando Premium Outlets on Vineland.
